Context

Oracle NetSuite migrated users of an integration application to its platform, allowing seamless operations for various businesses.

Process

As a senior technical writer, I took the initiative to redesign the migrated help content to ensure that they are clear, concise, and adherent to the company voice and style.

To redesign the content, I audited 150 content pages. The content audit involves assigning topic categories and content models that later helped determine if content needs to be moved, restructured, or removed. This exercise later informed the new information architecture for the help content.
